Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 DMZ Trailer Showcases X01 Black Site Infiltration
Infiltrate X01, a heavily fortified DMZ Black Site patrolled by elite enemy forces and dangerous adversaries. Take on new DMZ Orders, uncover valuable loot, and fight to extract with high-tier rewards in Modern Warfare 4 Season 1.
X01 is a former GRANIT Arms black site on the northern edge of Hajin, now seized by North Korean forces, comprising dimly lit, labyrinthine tunnels, cargo bays, vehicle depots, underground labs, a clandestine weapons assembly line, and a sealed Deep Vault, with multi-floored vertical traversal. Ghost serves as your Watcher, guiding Operators through multiple pages of new DMZ Orders while flagging emerging threats, and intel indicates troops and specialists from the 100 Spirits NK Faction are active in the vicinity alongside more brutal enemies deeper inside. The facility begins closing off extraction points as you push deeper, so squads must complete required steps to escape or die trying, and Season 1 events include Commander Hunts, such as Threat Briefing missions against The Captain, a Juggernaut with an elite guard, plus Resupply Runs.
Season 1 launches on November 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
