NBA 2K27 will officially launch on September 4, 2026 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The latest installment in the long-running basketball franchise aims to deliver a more authentic NBA experience with upgraded gameplay, enhanced visuals, refined player movement, and expanded game modes for both newcomers and veteran players.
2K will release four different editions of NBA 2K27, giving players multiple options depending on the content they want. The Standard Edition includes the base game and is available across all supported platforms. The WNBA Edition, featuring Angel Reese on the cover, will be available exclusively in the United States through GameStop while supplies last.
Players looking for additional in-game content can choose the Superstar Edition, which includes bonus Virtual Currency, MyTEAM content, MyCAREER rewards, and early progression boosts. At the top of the lineup is the Leave No Doubt Edition, featuring the most comprehensive collection of digital bonuses, exclusive cosmetics, premium MyTEAM packs, and additional content designed for dedicated NBA 2K fans.
Pre-orders for all editions are now available, with eligible editions also granting up to seven days of Early Access, allowing players to hit the court before the official worldwide release.
