EA Sports FC 27 Title Update v1.1 arrives on October 27, bringing Career Mode improvements, faster FUT pack animations, updated SBC filters, and bug fixes across multiple game modes. The update focuses on quality-of-life changes, with no gameplay balancing adjustments included.
💼 Career Mode Improvements
The update redesigns the team management interface for better navigation and readability, adds options to adjust or disable unexpected events and press conferences, and introduces two new Player Career rivalry objectives based on consistency and match limits.
Manager Career also receives clearer transfer negotiation feedback, improved wage calculations when offering performance bonuses, and adjustments to veteran players' squad role demands.
👑FUT Changes
Pack-opening animations for high-rated items will be shorter, while simplified SBC menus will remember filter and sorting preferences throughout a play session.
EA has also fixed several visual issues involving referee kits and custom pitch line and goal net colors.
🏟️The Grounds and Clubs Fixes
The update addresses bugs affecting tutorials, goalkeepers, passing in Rush matches, and post-play cinematics. The Grounds and Clubs also receive fixes for match ratings, camera behavior, crashes, matchmaking interfaces, and tournament brackets.
🎮Gameplay: No Balancing Changes in Title Update v1.1
EA Sports FC 27 Title Update v1.1 will focus on bug fixes rather than gameplay tuning. EA confirmed that no balance changes are included, but a new gameplay deep dive arriving later this week will discuss the first month of live gameplay and potential adjustments planned for the next title update. The update fixes several issues, including players getting stuck during the tutorial, players becoming trapped in the goal net in 2v2 matches, goalkeepers holding the ball too long in 1v1, incorrect passing in 3v3 Rush, and post-play cinematics appearing too frequently. The full list of gameplay fixes will be available in the patch notes on October 27.
