The FIFA Editor Tool Suite has received a new update - 2.1.2 - focused on improving performance, fixing editor issues, and making several modding workflows more reliable.
⚡ Faster Player Hair Mesh Imports
One of the most notable improvements is better performance when importing player hair meshes in the Editor. This should make working with custom player assets faster and more efficient.
🚀 Faster Mod Manager Conflict Resolution
The update also improves the performance of the Conflicts tab in the Mod Manager, helping users resolve mod conflicts more efficiently when working with larger projects.
🛠️ Several Editor Fixes
Multiple issues have been addressed across the Editor, including problems with the Data Explorer, property grid, T3DB editor, cloth removal, and assets not correctly being marked as modified.
The update also fixes an issue that could cause projects to become marked as modified when exporting a mod, even when no changes had been made.
🔧 Better Asset Synchronization
The NewWaveAsset editor has also been improved to keep EBX files synchronized with their associated resources, while several edge cases and unnecessary logging have been cleaned up.
📦 General Improvements
Finally, the update includes additional bug fixes, general performance improvements for the Mod Manager, improvements to the Editor Task window, and updated packages.
