EA FC 27: MLS Future Stars Picks Could Already Have Earned Their Upgrades

The MLS Future Stars Picks released yesterday could already have earned their first upgrades, with some players potentially being very close to completing the entire upgrade path. 

According to EA's announcement, Future Stars upgrade tracking begins on October 9. If this applies to all cards in the promotion, regardless of their release date, the MLS Picks should also benefit from performances recorded since then. 

This would mean that goals, assists, and clean sheets achieved in eligible domestic league matches since October 9 could already count toward their upgrade requirements, even though these cards only became available yesterday. 

Some players may have already met several requirements, while others could be just one or two contributions away from unlocking all their upgrades. 

EA has yet to explicitly clarify whether cards released after October 9 follow the same tracking window. Until this is confirmed, these potential upgrades should be treated as an interpretation of EA's announcement rather than a guarantee.

Any upgrades earned by these MLS Future Stars Picks would not become effective until February 3, when the upgrades are scheduled to be applied. This means that even if the players have already met some or all of their requirements based on performances since October 9, their cards would retain their current ratings until the upgrade date.
