Developer Video Showcases New Gameplay Footage
To coincide with the Steam page launch, NC released a new Developer Preview video featuring gameplay captured from the current build. Lead Concept Artist Samuel King and Project Manager GH Shin appear in the video to discuss the game's setting, vision, and creative direction.
The footage highlights several core elements of the experience, including:
- A dystopian version of Seoul overrun by mutated creatures and criminal factions.
- A narrative-driven campaign following protagonist Seven as he searches for his daughter, Joi.
- Open-world cooperative PvE gameplay designed for multiplayer.
A Cinematic Vision of Post-Apocalyptic Seoul
CINDER CITY takes place in a devastated version of Seoul, combining cinematic storytelling with large-scale PvE encounters. The game places a strong emphasis on cooperative multiplayer, encouraging players to tackle missions and challenges across a vast open world. While the Steam page categorizes it as a third-person shooter, the developer preview also highlights its focus on immersive visuals and story-driven gameplay.
