EA Sports has revealed the first post-launch plans for EA SPORTS FC 27 Career Mode, confirming a series of fixes and adjustments targeting some of the most reported issues since release.
🔧 Several Career Mode Fixes in Development
EA is working on updates to the Team Management UI and investigating newly generated players appearing with unexpectedly high OVR ratings. A fix is being developed to create a more balanced progression for new players throughout a Career save.
The team is also reviewing player transfer requests caused by limited playing time and the lack of offers for players listed for transfer or loan, with balancing changes planned for both systems.
🇲🇽 Liga BBVA MX Issues Being Addressed
EA has acknowledged progression problems affecting Liga BBVA MX, including issues with the Clausura portion of the season. The team is working on changes to bring the competition closer to its authentic structure.
âš¡ Stamina and Dynamic OVR Remain Under Review
Stamina and Dynamic OVR are also being closely monitored. While some players are enjoying the additional squad-building challenges, others have called for adjustments.
For now, EA wants to gather more data from longer Career saves before making significant changes to either system.

EA will host a dedicated Career Mode Q&A on October 6 through the official EA SPORTS FC Discord, giving players another opportunity to submit questions directly to the development team.
