Final Official NBA 2K13 Roster & Online Data(2013.06.25)

2K Sports has released the final roster update of the season for NBA 2K13. This one clears all of the injuries in the game, so you can play with Derrick Rose, Kobe Bryant, Russell Westbrook, etc.

No rating adjustments were made, based off of a quick glance and no players were added. It looks like game locked players are slowly being unlocked in the MyTeam Market, not all of them are available yet.
The final roster update for Online Association will arrive later. When we get a date, we'll update this post.

UPDATE: All players in the MyTeam player market are unlocked now.

Install:

Start > Run > Type : %appdata%, then find 2K SportsNBA 2K13Saves , overwrite all the files.

for XP users: C:Documents and Settings[your user name]Application Data2K SportsNBA 2K13Saves

for Vista or Win 7 users: C:Users[your user name]AppDataRoaming2K SportsNBA 2K13Saves

Then go to NBA 2K13 and load it
