FC Touchline Evolution System is a Career Mode modification for EA FC 26 that gives retired players a second career as football managers. Instead of disappearing from the game when they retire, eligible players can return as coaches and keep building their careers from the touchline.
How Does It Work?
The system monitors your Career Mode save and detects players who are retiring. It then evaluates their reputation and ability to determine whether they are suitable candidates for a managerial career. After a realistic waiting period, selected players are added to the game's manager database.
Once they become managers, the game's own AI takes over. Clubs can hire them, sack them, and they can move to different teams and continue their managerial careers across multiple seasons, just like any other manager.
The system also creates an HTML-based news feed that follows these events, allowing you to keep track of former players as they move from the pitch to the touchline.
What Does the User Need?
To use the system, you need:
- EA FC 26 (PC version).
- FC 26 Live Editor installed.
- The TouchlineEvolution.lua script file placed inside the Live Editor's autorun folder.
No additional configuration, setup, or technical knowledge is required beyond these steps. The system runs entirely in the background once installed.
