Kit Server 2010 Two New Modules

Juce released two new modules for Kit Server 2010. The first one is update for time.dll that fixes a bug so it works with Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 Version 1.1 exe. The other one is and experimental one that allows you to allows to alter the game speed : make faster or slower - as you want ( remember this one is just experimental )
