Option File 0.2 - Multilanguage

cduin have released version 0.2 of his PES 2010 Full Version Option File.  This one is Multilanguage. We have built a small application that copy the teams names from english to other languages. Features : 
-  team names fixed.
- emblems fixed.
- Major national team players now have real names.
