What's good people? This is just a simple ENB mod that I modified...This should work well on slow PCs too because, I reduced the FPS from 127 to 115, I guess..But anyway, give it a try and hope you guys will like it. Thank You!

Installation:
*Just extract all the files inside the "ENB" folder into your NBA 2K13 game folder.

Recommendations!
-->For best results, DO NOT include/copy the "enbpallette.bmp" into your NBA 2K13 game folder.
-->Use any of SJ1414's Globals.
