I did not make any money whatever of this, this is barely a hobby for me if any either modder wish to add this to their mod, feel free
To install
1.Copy and paste files in main Fifa 16 folder-Local disk(c)/program files(86)/origin games/Fifa 16
2.Apply moddingway mod as admin
3.Enjoy
It should be compatible with ongoing career since i dont touch db but i dont 100% guarantee that.
I recommemded a new career or starting a new career just to test it for yourself before commiting to it.
Review and any provide any information to improve my mod is appreciated.
Simple know if it is installed, Finiancial strict is 70% and Messi wages is 325,000 euros, Ronaldo 300,000 euros
To uninstall
1. Delete files (cmsettings.ini,playercontract.ini,playerreturement.ini,playervalues.ini,playerswages.ini,scout.ini,transfer.ini,trasnfers.ini,transferteamdecision.ini,)
from dlc/ dlc_footballcompeng/dlc/footballcompeng/data
2. Open list.ini from fifa 16 main folder,scroll all the way down and delete the following,

Improvements
1. Transfer Activities
i) Reduce the probabilities of high top players movements
ii) Ellite clubs keeps buying good players to remain ellite
iii) Not only user league teams are active in transfer
iv) There is a lot negotiations,ie. if you are a lazy negotiator you will end up paying ridiculous prices for players. (Think of it as buy out clause)
v) Difficult to sign world class players cause they are expensive
vi) Teams try their best to replace top players they sell
vii) World class players wont move to small clubs below their reputation (Dont worry it is just a small probability, you can still sign Messi with Liverpool lol)
Player contracts
i) Players in 30s are usually offered 1 or 2 years contracts
ii) Clubs usually renew expiring contact 2 years before expiry
iii) Wages are based other factors such as age,international prestige,form,league,nationality instead of just overall
iv) Players retire at older age
v) Young players who develop greatly in the season who demand higher wage
Player Values
i) Young"promising" players costs just as much top players
ii) Old players cost way less
iii)Teams ask more for their star players or players in form
iv) Players who finished high in the charts costs more
Also includes many other improvements such as carry over budgets,Negotiations, How captains are assigned in career mode etc which are not significant to list
My end game is to recontruct the database(platinium) from the ground the up.Hopeffully after Ariel releases the transfer update.
1. Lineups
For example the current formations and lineups are based on current lineups which includes injuries,suspensions etc
so then in career mode, teams will be stuck with those formations forever which causes some top players to be left on the bench almost all time since they don't "fit" into the formation
To prevent that,formation and lineups for all teams will be based on the best possible lineup a team could make if evryone was fully fit.
2. Player positions.
Place players based on their appropriate positions for eg. Lahm is a right back with DMF as an alternative and not the other way around.
3. Player overralls
Some players are overrated like Rooney(86) while some players are underrated Sergi Roberto,Mahrez,Vardy,Kane etc.
4. Adjust team budgets a little, seems like EASports only focused on EPL and other top teams.
This will be very time consuming since i will have to edit the db so depending on the number of people who like titanium, I would do the platinium.
