EA announced that there will be 30 tokens that you can earn in-game. But there are 4 more in the database. One of them is already available in the Store.

FUT Birthday Swaps Rewards will be revealed in-game when they are available to redeem starting March 27th. Some of the rewards announced are a FUT Birthday Team 1 Pack for 3 Tokens and 85+ OVR x10 for 10 Tokens.
It seems EA is trying to keep this promo free of leaks.
