A Moments item and a Flashback both coming via SBC have been revealed. One of them is not from the Top 5 Leagues.

He has not received a special card in FUT 23 yet but according to @FUTSheriff, Jorginho will get a Flashback item.

 Moments Jutgla

He never received a special card in FIFA, and more, his highest card has an overall rating of 69 in FUT 23. But according to @FUTSheriff, Jutglá, currently playing in Club Brugges, will get a Moments card.
