Cristiano Ronaldo scored a Hat-Trick and he is one of the top contenders to be present in TOTW 31. Haaland, Gnabry, Carrasco are other players that could receive an in-form.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored to help Manchester United in their victory against Norwich.
His chances to receive an In-Form are certain, but he received his first In-Form about a month ago. Let's see if they decide to give him a SIF.
Other serious contenders when we refer to forwards are Haaland, Carrasco, Moreno, Delort, Lautaro Martínez and Dembelé.
Carrasco could get his Headliner upgraded if he received an In-Form
