It seems that not all FUT Heroes will receive a FUT Captains item. Only a few selected by EA and whose descriptions have been leaked in the code will be present in this promo. Check out those players.
 FUT Captains Heroes
Joe Cole
It may have been a surprise for some to see Joe Cole line up as West Ham's captain away to Middlesbrough in December 2002 at the tender age of 21, but he certainly rose to the task. Cole made it an even more memorable occasion by opening the scoring early in the second halt. After driving the ball past the defender, he hit a superb, angled shot into the bottom corner of the goal to send the traveling Hammers fans into raptures. The following month, he was officially named club captain.
Robbie Keane
Robbie Keane wrote his name into the history books when he completed a hattrick with the final goal scored at Lansdowne Road before its redevelopment. Looking for the first win of their UEFA Euro 2008 qualifying campaign, Republic of Ireland, led by Keane as captain, hosted San Marino. Keane showed great composure to control and slide home his first, before adding a penalty and then completing his treble in a typically clinical fashion from close range five minutes from time.
Having established himself as a fan favorite at Udinese, Antonio Di Natale was named club captain of the Bianconeri ahead of the 2007-08 season. Di Natale took it upon himself to lead by example on matchday 4 of the season when he scored 2 exceptional goals against Reggina. The first came in the form of an audacious chip from a very tight angle, which many would not have attempted. He later grabbed his second by delightfully controlling a lobbed pass and volleying the ball home.
