According to @FutSheriff Mesut Özil will receive a Moments item during the Road to the Final Campaign.

Stats have not been confirmed but it was revealed that his pace should be higher than this and he could probably have 5 Stars Skill Move.

Özil never got a UEFA Champions League card in FIFA Series, so we are not sure why he will get a Moments card during this Campaign. Özil best card ever in FIFA series was in FUT 16 when he got a Team of the Group Stage card rated 94.
