More players will receive special items during TOTY Promo

@FUTSheriff and @TrustyFutTrader Twitter accounts revealed that Luke Shaw and Simon Kjaer will get special cards during TOTY Promo. These will be TOTY Honourable Mention cards ( not present in the Database yet ).

We are not totally sure if Shaw will receive a TOTY Moments or a TOTY Honourable Mention item.
