Muscle and Sweat Global 2.0 [wet oily ] OA just my preference
adds new sweat and muscle definition, enhance players arms to my preference without body edits.
put a little light on arms to make the sweat more visible
may looks better in high settings, i'm in medium graphics settings
credits: lagoa's 2k18 12 Minutes quarter sweating fix base, added more sweat spots and sweat streaks.
