Finally 2K Sports released NBA 2K10 PC patch V 1.1. The file is only 56.8 Mbs. There are patches available for US Version and Europe Version, so be careful and get the one that goes with your game.
IMPORTANT
If you get a message that the patch can not be applied do the following
1) Unrar nba2k10_patch_v1.1.rar or nba2k10_patch_v1.1_europe.rar
2) You will get a file named : nba2k10_patch_v1.1.exe
RENAME IT TO nba2k10_patch_v1.1.rar and unrar it.
3) You will get a file named : nba2k10_patch_v1.1.msp
RENAME IT TO nba2k10_patch_v1.1.msp.rar and unrar it.
4) You will get 2 files :
createpholder.iff
nba2k10.exe
Place both files in your NBA 2K10 folder and the game will be patched.
