EA Play replaces Origin Access

EA and Origin Access will now simply be EA Play, irrespective of whether you're subscribed to Xbox One, PS4, Steam, or through Origin directly. Similarly, Origins Access Premier will now be known as EA Play Pro. Both EA Play and EA Play Pro will be available on both Origin and Steam. EA Play starts on August 18.
All the benefits you have (access to a library of top titles, early game trials, and your 10% membership discount) will still be available. In fact, EA promises to add even more in the coming months, starting with exclusive in-game challenges and monthly reward drops for members on select titles.
What does EA mean by exclusive challenges, rewards, and content?
That will vary from title to title, but for instance, it could be like early access challenges and rewards like Ultimate Team Packs, exclusive vanity items and cosmetics, and more. Make sure your EA Account email preferences are switched on so you’ll be the first to know what’s available with your membership on your favorite upcoming titles like Madden NFL 21, FIFA 21, and Star Wars: Squadrons.Â
