No Serie B in FIFA 21 ?

There are rumors that there will be no Serie B in FIFA 21. This is based on beta testers that reported that some Serie B teams are placed on the Rest of The World league. Recently there have been some license agreements changes related to Calcio.
Youtubers reported that teams like Chievo & Empoli are in the Rest of the World league instead of Serie B. Serie B was never fully licensed in FIFA Series. In FIFA 20 only 3 teams were fully licensed, Chievo, Empoli, Frosinone. But at least, you were able to mod them ( PC ) in order to have a fully licensed league. Now it seems the league won´t be present anymore.
A few days ago, Milan and Inter ended their partnership with Konami and signed a new one with EA Sports. AS Roma license, was lost by EA Sports, so the team won´t be fully licensed in FIFA 21 and well as Juventus ( they have recently extended their exclusivity agreement with Konami 1 year ).
Serie B will be present in PES 2021 Season Update with its official name ( Serie B BKT ) as well as it was present in PES 2020.
Remember that 3 teams were relegated from Serie A last season
