PES 2021 Rated as Seasonal Update

A Taiwanese game rating website has rated eFootball PES 2021 as a Seasonal Update. A release date has not been confirmed but it is expected to be released in mid-September. 

Much has been said about PES 2021. The first rumor was that it would be just a DLC. Today, the site gamerating.org.tw has rated it as a seasonal update. So something more than a DLC could be expected but not a completely new game. At some point, EA Sports developers anticipated that at some point FIFA could follow this path. Konami has apparently made the decision in advance.

It is not a good time for Konami who in recent days has announced the loss of important licenses such as those of both Milan teams, Inter and AC Milan.
