FIFA 21 on PC will be the same version as released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It was just confirmed by EA. So most of the info that will be available during the next months won´t be related to PC version. EA confirmed that the release game will be October 9.
About Cross-Play EA posted that "Allowing our players to play against each other on whichever platform they play EA SPORTS FIFA is a long-term goal of ours. At this moment we don’t have any news, but we’re continuing to investigate its integration and will share any updates when we have them." So it seems there will be no hope for Cross-Play this year, at least in current-gen.
