@FUTSheriff confirmed that that FUTURE STARS Wildcards Swap Tokens will be added to the game this Sunday. You can earn these Tokens by completing SBCs and Objectives. It seems that there will be no Tokens that you have to buy at the store as it happened during the Winter Wildcards campaign.

Future Stars won't start until next Friday when the TOTY campaign ends. But the first SBCs and Objectives to earn these Tokens will be available before that ( probably tomorrow ) since there will be many tokens available and there will be no time to complete them all if they start next Friday.
