Ones to Watch cards will get a +1 In-Form boost if the team wins 5 matches out of their next 10 domestic league games starting from October 1. So we set up a live tracker for you to check out how many wins the player needs to get the upgrade and the upcoming matches. Check it out

As you can see on the tracker it won´t be easy for Cristiano to get the upgrade. In their next 5 games, United will face Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester City. On the other hand players like Lukaku or Saúl will have great chances, since Chelsea's fixture seems to be not so complicated.
