PES 2010 Fake Teams Enabled

*aLe was playing a little with Kits Reliknk to change teams in leagues and he managed to make Salsabie, Babilayna and all the fake D2 teams ( the ones described here as the reason ML is broken ) for edit / friendly mode. He has only tested it in FRIENDLY mode (Babilayna vs. Wondengine) and it works fine. 


Put unnamed_12.bin into your dt04.img folder of kit server.
The zip includes i both the [MODIFIED] unnamed_12.bin that allows you to use the "hidden" teams, and the [ORIGINAL] unnamed_12.bin for backup purposes.
