Is it possible to import a table back into a save?

I'm basically looking to edit the players table from my current save (due to a lot of 1 skill players) and reimport it, but I've had no luck thus far. I can extract with i68controller but that gives no option to insert back.

the new RDBM 19 will open it but not save correctly and DBM 15 won't open it.

Alternatively, is there a cheat table or trainer that would let me change their skills?

Editing skills is the only thing in this game I can't do, I've even got a work around to the 15 year cap but this stumps me.
