[MOD] IMPROVED CAREER MODE V1
For FIFA 14 works best for moddingway mod
Improved Career mode mod is a mod that does not change to much with FIFA 14 original carrer mode,
we just fix & improve a few things and try to make the game more realistic and take out big game changing problems.
 
------Changes------
 
Gameplay Edits
- Less player retirements
- Min retirement age 33
.. and more changes/improvements.
 
Financial Edits
- Decreased hiring scout prices 
(as with fifa 14 we have to buy many more scouts due to the new transfer gameplay and no changes being made to the budget to compensate this)
 
- Board Financial Stictness "Lenient" changed to 100% (we get 100% of transfer sale price)
 
Transfers
- Lots More Transfers around the world (due to many new teams in moddingway mod we have adjusted the transfers so that more forign teams will be active) 
- Lots more clubs will bid on your players that are up for sale or loan
- Short loan increased to 5 months instead of 3
- Teams with less players will be more active
 
Player Growth & Decrease
- Fixed the issure with user and ai players declining way to fast
  [example before ai team player "Xabi Alonso" after 1 season OVR declined to 76, Now 83]
- Older players will many lose physical stats like speed, stamina, agility. 
- Players above age 28-30 will still grow a little bit apart from physical stats.
- Keepers will now grow correctly
- Younger players will grow quicker but when reaching higher level will grow slower.
- All Players will grow better and decrease a lot slower.

I have tried and tested this mod with moddingway mod for over 40 hours keeping an eye on ai/computer activity as well as just user,
to try and make this mod the most realistic career mod with out changing to much of the FIFA 14 we love.
 
I have tested many many times upto 4 seasons and have experianced no problems at all and and the changes have been very realistic.
if you do happen to have problems this may be due to you having a crack version of the game, so please buy FIFA14 :)

FIFA 14 is a 2013 sports association football simulation video game developed by EA Sports.
