use "AFS Explorer 3.7" to import files into dt0c.img
 
in order to replace players boots, use new "PES 2013 Ultimate Editor V5.0.5(!) by barcafan" 
- open dt04 (the main xx04.img that's used in patch!)
- choose player
- choose "appearance" > accessories > boots № 
- use "ID list" to change (example: for Neymar 24"default WhiteRed" to 104"NIke Gs VoltBlack")
- don't forget to click "apply" before save 
 
in addition, you can always modify the "konami style slots" as you want
