Originally created for Metal Gear Solid V by Atvaark. FtexTool convert fox engine texture to dds.
I made modifications to the code to adapt existing algorithms for PES2018.

- Convert ftex to dds
Instructions :
Copy your ftex files on root folder and run FtexTool.exe.
dds files will be generated into "dds" folder.
