Real Madrid will play the UEFA Champions League final after defeating Manchester City 1-0. The goal was scored by Gareth Bale, 20 minutes in the first half. The Welshman received pass from Dani Carvajal on the right side of the City area and his right-footed shot across goal took a deflection off Fernando, loops over Joe Hart and finds the far corner. Not too many more chances created. Joe Hart saved a shot by Modric, and Agüero, with just two minutes to the end of the match, tried his luck with a wonderful effort from 25 yards out but it's just over the bar. Real Madrid will face Atlético Madrid in UEFA CL Final.
