MOD DESCRIPTION

Finally I'm releasing my smooth hazy SweetFX. I still appreciate feedback to see if maybe I can still work on it and release more versions. Also I will include the ENB settings I use. I use a combination of Zildjian's ENB settings, and Greatest N-G Maker's ENB palette so full credit goes to them for the ENB. The global I'm currently using is Lagoa V6.1.
