New-Tech SweetFX PREVIEW

This the latest version of SweetFX (v1.5.1) it uses new and improved effects to make the game even better. It is also enhanced to make minimum impact on your computer's performance. I tweaked the settings to make the details, even the small ones, be noticed. I've put all the essential settings to use in this project and fortunately, it made the game look more realistic overall.

- Improved Player looks
   - More realistic skintones
   - Cyberfaces look sharper and clearer
   - Details of the jerseys are more noticable
   - Accessories & shoes look better

-Court & Stadium Appearance 
   - The color of the crowd is more vibrant
   - Court parquet looks better and sharper
   - Reflections are clearer and more noticable

- Performance
   - Does not affect performance that much
   - Made and tested on a low-end pc
