CM 14 Beta 2 is available in the download section. When you decide to use a Beta you are sure that you are using a software error, so be careful and make a backup of the original FIFA 14. in the help file that you can find a list of the bugs fixed (hopefully). Please do not write me if you find errors, but this topic visit and leave your comments.
 
Normally, to move from a beta version requires a couple of weeks, 2, 3, 4 ... depends. If you are not a specialized editor I recommend waiting for the release and is not playing with a beta version.
 
About CM14 tried OS Windows 7 and XP, in Windows 8 has informed me some problems, but I have not had a chance to try. You need to have. NET Framework 4 and the latest DirectX installed, run the program as an administrator, I have problems if the report as an error.

  FIFA 14 GAME DESCRIPTION
FIFA 14 is a 2013 sports association football simulation video game developed by EA Sports. It was released in late September 2013 for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo 3DS and Microsoft Windows. It was a launch title for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2013 and is the last FIFA game to be released for the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable.

The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game feature a new game engine called the Ignite Engine. This features both graphical and gameplay advances on the previous game engine used by the FIFA series, the Impact Engine (which is used for the, PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 versions of the game ).
