KD 4 Nerf. And yes, color is permanent. Because it wouldn't be nerf anymore if you change the color and if you want to change it, just rename the file to shoe_110_00.iff.iff and save it in your NBA folder. But the green laces will be the same as white if you wantt it to be dye-able.
