Career Mode Improves

ELITE CAREER MODE is a mod that makes FIFA 16 more like a manager game.

This patch makes your career mode more realistic and enhances the career mode system in lots of ways.

Some of the changes in your career mode:

- Better Transfer Activity; - Increased Transfer Competition; - Smarter AI Transfers;

- More Bids for your Players; - Improved Player Values;

- Players From Top Teams Cost More; - Players From Lower Teams Cost Less;

- Player wanted fees based on team, potential and age; - Improved Wages; - Realistic Player Growth;

- Better Youth System;

- Improved Scouting; -Less Player Retirements; - More Realistic Injuries; - 100 Percent Budget Carry Over For All Teams;

- More Contract Renewals; - Improved Realistic Job Offers; - Realistic Fatigue;

- Better Training System (can auto sim same results);

- Better Youth Player Physics;

- Better Squad Starting Line Up.

How to install?
1. Copy all files in your FIFA 16 folder.
2. Run ModdingWayInstaller.exe and press Install.
3. Enjoy.

FIFA 16 GAME DESCRIPTION

FIFA 16 is an association football simulation video game developed by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts. The game features Lionel Messi on its cover, alongside a different player in different parts of the world, and is the first game in the FIFA series to be fully licensed by the Premier League. EA Sports had signed a deal with the Premier League as the Official Sports Technology Partner. In this way EA are licensed under Premier League development. This deal allows all 20 Premier League stadiums to be included in the game.
