Copiar o cpk file dentro da pasta download do jogo.
Atualiza o DPFileList.bin da pasta download com DpFileListBin Generator.
Ou entao com o patch TUGA VICIO PES SELECTOR

Instalation

Dowload the *CPK file ( Wait 5 secondes, Next, free dowload and wait 30 secondes )

Copy the CPK file in Download folder in PES folder.

Update your DPFileList.bin with DpFileListBin Generator.

Instalation
