This mod aims to improve the quality of the crowd in NBA 2K12 by extracting the crowd textures from the team_###.iff files and updating them with more detail. Currently this mod only changes the crowd for the 30 NBA teams, as well as the East and West All-Star teams. V2 will add an extra download for classic and extra teams. Feel free to include any texture or part of these mods in your projects.

- All of the face textures have been changed.
- The women in the crowd have much more variety in their faces.
- Some men are bald or wear beanies that match the color of their shirts.
- The shirts and accessories (foam hands, signs) now have more shading detail.
- No more jet black T-shirts without detail (as seen in the example below).

To install: Download one of the files below and extract it directly to your NBA 2K12 directory.

NOTE: The FULL download includes the 9 NBA teams with bugged textures, as described in this post. If you would rather keep the default NBA 2K12 crowds for those teams until they are fixed, download the PARTIAL version. I'd recommend backing up your team_###.iff files (000 to 031) just in case.
