It takes the default generic cyberface textures and adds more detail to them, so that they don't look out of place next to the other NBA players' cyberfaces up close. The only difference this time around is that you no longer need to replace any files in the Global (global.iff). This only overwrites the pcface.iff and pcface.cdf files to make life easier for any Global modders, so make sure you backup those two files.
