Here are the edits you need to make:

*In Ty's editor, change Tejada's skin tone to 10.
*In Ty's editor, change Jon Rauch's cyberface ID # to his portrait # of 3243.
*In Ty's editor, change Hochevar's cyberface ID # to his portrait # of 890.
*In Ty's editor, change Vogelsongs's cyberface ID # to his portrait # of 1208 and change his skin tone to 2.
