EA will repeat their formula when they switched to previous generation for Xbox 360 and PS3. During years PC gamers received and Old Gen version of the game while consoles like X360 and PS3 got a different one based on a new engine.

The agreement means that EA Sports will retain the exclusive right to release "FIFA-branded action and management videogames".
